Now, to celebrate, the company is putting a new spin on a classic rock song – and awarding 10 lucky industry professionals a VIP trip to see The Who, live in concert.
Marvin has launched "A New Spin On a Classic," a multi-faceted campaign featuring a partnership with the up-and-coming pop-rock band, The Highfields, who collaborated with Marvin to put a new spin on the classic rock song, "I Can See for Miles."
In an all-new music video, The Highfields talk about how they were able to make the song their own, without abandoning the features that made it such an iconic song in the first place. The band draws correlations between their process and that of Marvin, which reinvented the iconic double-hung window with their recent introduction of the Next Generation Ultimate Double Hung. A New Spin On a Classic also features a contest that will award 10 builders, remodelers or architects a VIP trip, complete with an exclusive tour of Marvin's facilities in Warroad, Minnesota, and the opportunity to see The Who – who wrote "I Can See for Miles" – live in concert. The trip will take place October 9 and 10 and includes travel, hotels and meals. Industry professionals have until August 31 to enter, and they can learn more and enter the contest here.
