SPRINGFIELD, Mass., Oct. 15, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company (MassMutual) is being inducted into the Working Mother Hall of Fame after earning a place on the 100 Best Companies list for the 15th year. Word of the Hall of Fame honor came as the company was recognized as one of the 2015 Working Mother 100 Best Companies by Working Mother magazine for outstanding leadership in establishing policies, programs and corporate culture that supports working moms, including child care, flexible work arrangements, paid parental leave and advancement of women.
