Lewis focuses his practice on litigation and dispute resolution matters, as well as compliance, internal investigations and government and regulatory enforcement issues. With over two decades of experience, including roles in private practice, a decade in executive-level in-house counsel positions at two Fortune 50 global companies and a federal clerkship, Lewis' arrival underscores M+C's commitment to bolstering its nationwide litigation platform.

He also advises portfolio companies, publicly traded and privately held businesses, C-suite executives and boards of directors on matters concerning white collar defense, regulatory enforcement and investigations.

In addition, Lewis has worked closely with clients to design and implement corporate compliance programs and has led numerous internal investigations.
