MasTec Completes Previously Announced Acquisition of Henkels & McCoy Group, Inc.

CORAL GABLES, Fla., Dec. 30, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- MasTec, Inc. (NYSE: MTZ) today announced today that it has closed its previously announced acquisition of Henkels & McCoy Group, Inc. ("Henkels"), the 5^th largest U.S. utility contractor in the recent 2021 Engineering News-Record ranking, in a cash and stock transaction valued at approximately $600 million.
