The class unfolds in five parts:

Reframe Grief. Dr. O'Connor explains how grief affects the brain and body and why many common responses to loss have a physiological basis. Viewers learn that grieving isn't linear and that understanding what's happening can help them move toward hope, joy, and integration.
Break the Old Patterns. The class explores how suppressing grief can take over your life. Members learn to recognize those patterns and begin replacing suppression with adaptation.
Upgrade Your System. Members learn simple, science-backed practices they can use on difficult days, including progressive muscle relaxation and breathwork.

Turn Pain Into Purpose. Prince Harry and Dr. O'Connor show members how to channel the pain of loss into resilience and purpose, opening the possibility of a new chapter grounded in hope, wisdom, and even joy.
