Bob Anderson, Founder & Chairman of The Leadership Circle and Bill Adams, Global CEO, The Leadership Circle, will explore what the current research reveals about transformative practices that lead to greater leadership effectiveness. They will demonstrate that a change in leadership consciousness – contributing to the development of leaders with character, maturity and courage – is necessary to effect change in organizational culture, directly impacting business performance. Bob and Bill will share practical insights and client case studies demonstrating a pathway to leader development.

Nao Inoue, Chief Learning Officer of The Leadership Circle Japan, will add to the conversation as she guides conference participants through the practice of exploring the inner self using concepts drawn from ancient eastern wisdom.
