To lead the new organization, Matheson introduced James Bowley as Division President. Bowley has spent the last 30 years working in both the engineering consulting and industrial/federal construction industries. He has managed multi-million dollar cost-plus, fixed price, and guaranteed fixed price contracts for a wide variety of commercial and government clients' projects across the U.S. and in overseas locations. Bowley has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Grove City College and has completed Graduate work in Environmental Engineering.
As ME's Division President, Bowley will oversee the growth of both operating companies. His focus with DECON will be to expand the client base; enlarge the geographic footprint to include domestic and international opportunities; and to broaden the services available to clients. Since MES is a start-up organization, the initial attention will be to growing the base business in Northern California.
