At the Mar. 1 grand opening event, Mattamy unveiled single-family homes on one-acre homesites that capture the essence of luxurious living in the southwest. Homebuyers toured Hunter and Marigold model homes that showcase Mattamy's signature open-concept floorplans and RV garage offerings.

Visitors enjoyed the professionally furnished model homes, along with charcuterie-style cuisine as they explored the brand-new community and its desert views of the Rincon Mountains.
