Fourth Quarter 2026 Key Operating Highlights

• Revenue decreased 17.9% to $2.18B from $2.66B in the prior year quarter
• Homes closed decreased 10.4% to 3,143 from 3,509 in the prior year quarter
• Net sales orders increased 40.0% to 2,532 homes from 1,808 homes in the prior year quarter
• Sales order backlog decreased 20.0%, to 3,147 units from 3,934 units in the prior year quarter

Full Year May 31, 2026 Key Operating Highlights

• Revenue decreased 7.9% to $5.90B from $6.40B in the prior year
• Homes closed decreased 2.3% to 8,261 from 8,453 in the prior year
• Net sales orders increased 8.6% to 7,474 homes from 6,885 homes in the prior year
