Mattamy Homes Announces New President for its Phoenix Division

Experienced homebuilding executive Harry Lourimore will direct the company's operations and growth strategy in Phoenix

PHOENIX, June 6, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Mattamy Homes, North America's largest privately owned homebuilder, is pleased to announce that Harry Lourimore has been appointed President of the company's Phoenix Division, effective May 31, 2016. Harry will oversee all aspects of Mattamy's business – including land acquisition and development, marketing, sales and construction – in the Phoenix market.

Harry Lourimore is the new President of Mattamy Homes' Phoenix Division.

Harry has more than 20 years of experience in the homebuilding industry, most of it in the Phoenix marketplace. Prior to joining Mattamy he was with K. Hovnanian Homes as the Arizona Division President, overseeing the company's consolidated Phoenix operations and delivering more than 500 homes a year for the market's sixth-largest builder. Previously Harry was with KB Home as SVP Land and VP Land Acquisition in Phoenix, and also worked with the Land Advisors Organization, the largest brokerage company in the US focused exclusively on land. Harry has degrees in Anthropology and History as well as a Masters of Urban and Environmental Planning from Arizona State University. He holds an Arizona Real Estate Broker's License and is on the board of directors of the Home Builder's Association of Central Arizona.
