The company's first community in Naples will be Compass Landing, located in North Naples and offering modern, stylish and affordable single-family homes minutes from the famous beaches and with quick access to I-75 for easy commutes.

Compass Landing was designed by architects exclusively for the community based on focus groups and local customer feedback. It will include a stunning 2,600 sq. ft. amenity center with a resort-style pool, fitness facility, tot lot, and clubhouse. The Mattamy Sales Center will open in August and will feature three fully furnished single-family model homes.
Mattamy will also be developing a 37-acre site in East Naples, and looks forward to working with Collier County staff, the Community Redevelopment Agency and neighbors to thoughtfully design a plan that is compatible with the surrounding community.
