Leading homebuilder adds to impressive awards total

CHARLOTTE, NC, April 25, 2013 /PRNewswire/ - Not only was Mattamy Homes' Carolinas Division ahead of all competitors for the most wins at the Charlotte 2013 Parade of Homes, Mattamy also scored the highest number of Gold awards.

Local homebuilders participate in the esteemed Home Builders Association of Charlotte's annual Parade of Homes, which is the region's largest open-house event. The event showcases new homes for sale, fully decorated model homes to tour, and communities available for those seeking to build their dream home. All homes are judged by area realtors. More than 70 homes were entered into this year's Parade - double the number from the previous year.

Mattamy entered eight homes in the Parade under various price categories and came away with a total of four winnings:
