On 181 homesites, detached two-story casitas range from 1,958 to 2,404 sq. ft., while the two-story townhomes stretch from 1,840 to 1,974 sq. ft. over two stories. The homes offer three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths, with two-car garages. Homes are priced from the upper $300s to the mid $400s.

Homesites are now available in the community with breathtaking vistas. The new homes, some along the lake, are steps away from amenities such as winding paths, numerous pocket parks, a dog park and a fishing jetty.
