RALEIGH, NC, Oct. 23, 2018 /PRNewswire/ - Royal Oaks, a division of Mattamy Homes, was honored with three distinguished awards for the Monroe, Bennett and Edenton floorplans during the 2018 annual Triangle Parade of Homes.

The Triangle Parade of Homes is North Carolina's largest open house and is presented by the Home Builders Association of Raleigh–Wake County and the Home Builders Association of Durham, Orange and Chatham Counties.

For three consecutive weekends in October, the 2018 Parade of Homes showcased the best homes throughout the Triangle area. Of those, 185 homes by 91 of the area's top builders were judged by building professionals from across the Triangle area on the quality of craftsmanship, products used, architectural design and much more. Twelve of the homes featured in the Triangle Parade of Homes were built by Royal Oaks. Award winners in each category were revealed and celebrated at the Reynolds Coliseum on Oct. 15 in Raleigh.
