Mattamy Homes to Build 140 homes in The Bridges at Preston Crossings in Gunter, TX

DALLAS, Sept. 29, 2025 /PRNewswire/ - Mattamy Homes, North America's largest family-owned homebuilder, will construct 140 homes in the next phase of The Bridges at Preston Crossings, a resort-style master-planned community developed by Centurion American in Gunter, Texas.

The new phase introduces a thoughtful mix of one- and two-story single-family homes built on 50-foot homesites.

Homebuyers will be able to select from floorplans ranging from 1,800 to 2,894 square feet, with pricing starting in the mid-$300s. A model home is scheduled to open in November 2025 with first sales in February 2026.

Mattamy will also introduce a new 40-foot rear-entry product, not currently offered in any other Mattamy community.
