Tampa-Sarasota-Naples and Raleigh divisions and 30 employees recognized for achievements in customer experience

ORLANDO, FL, May 12, 2020 /PRNewswire/ - Mattamy Homes US is the proud recipient of a number of awards from Avid Ratings, who recently announced its Annual Avid Awards.

Homebuilders throughout the United States were honored with the prestigious awards for scoring highest with their customers on homebuying experience surveys. This year, 59 awards were issued to top builders in the US, with Mattamy's Tampa-Sarasota-Naples and Raleigh divisions receiving Avid Benchmark Awards.

Each award-winning builder must score at or above the top 25th percentile in the US to be recognized with an Avid Award. The 2020 program had 571 qualifying builders from all over the US and Canada, based on homebuyer data submitted between January and December 2019.

Avid Service Award Winners were also announced and selected based on their role within homebuilding, focused on four areas: Sales, Project Management, Walk-throughs and Design.

This year, 30 Mattamy Homes US representatives received 38 Avid Service Awards, meaning they were ranked within the top 10% in customer satisfaction nationwide. Of these recipients, eight received awards in two categories, in addition to eight team members being recognized with an award for a second straight year.
