Matthew King Named President, Delaware North Companies Landmark Holdings; Kevin Kelly Assumes Role as President, Delaware North Companies Travel Hospitality Services

BUFFALO, N.Y, May 13, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Delaware North Companies today announced that Matthew King has been named to a new role as president, Delaware North Companies Landmark Holdings.

Landmark Holdings includes the company's newest acquisition, Patina Restaurant Group. Patina Restaurant Group is a leader in the premium segment of the restaurant and catering industry and operates restaurants and manages catering and food service operations at high-profile venues in New York, California and Orlando.

King previously held the role of president, Delaware North Companies Travel Hospitality Services, the company's award-winning airport hospitality division. Kevin Kelly has been named as the new president of Travel Hospitality Services. Kelly will report to King, who will continue to provide leadership to the travel hospitality division while focusing on the continued success and growth of Patina Restaurant Group, both domestically and internationally.

Kelly takes over the reins of a successful division with more than 20 locations throughout North America. Kelly will build on the success of Travel Hospitality Services as one of the preeminent airport hospitality companies in the world. Over the last several years, Travel Hospitality Services has introduced exciting new concepts to airports such as Food Network Kitchen, Jay-Z's 40/40 Club and numerous other award-winning brands.

Prior to joining Delaware North, King held leadership positions in the food service industry as well as in investment banking.

Prior to his current appointment, Kelly was vice president, Shared Services, for Delaware North. Kelly also served as president of the company's Parks & Resorts division from 2005 to 2012. In addition, he held numerous other leadership positions in operations and retail within the company.
