NEW YORK, June 16, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Maven Clinic, the world's largest virtual clinic for women's and family health, today announced four senior leaders that have joined its executive team in the first half of the year: Katie Rooney, Chief Financial Officer; Stephanie Glenn, Chief Commercial Officer; Susan Stick, Chief Legal and Administrative Officer, and Sheila Tran, Chief Communications Officer. Maven's new leaders bring experience scaling some of the world's most innovative and trusted companies as well as a shared commitment to advancing Maven's mission of delivering better healthcare for women and families worldwide.
The expanded leadership comes at a time of significant growth for Maven, fueled by rising demand for greater women's and family health support. With nearly 70% of employers planning to expand their family benefits vendors in the next two to three years, Maven continues to drive the industry forward, defining what high-quality, comprehensive financial, clinical and emotional support should look like throughout the reproductive health lifecycle. Over the past year, the company has grown its client base by more than 170%, now serving 23 million people globally, up from 17 million in 2024.
"We've built something unique at Maven, a reimagined care model that puts women and families at the center, backed by data and delivered by compassionate providers," said Kate Ryder, Maven's founder and CEO. "To keep growing and reaching more families, we need leaders who not only know how to scale, but who share our mission. Katie, Stephanie, Susan, and Sheila bring all of that and more."
