Broccardo will lead financial operations and planning for the business through its next stage of growth, while DeMond will help the company scale and enhance the global employee experience.

Piero Broccardo, Chief Financial Officer
Prior to Mavenlink, Broccardo spent six years as CFO at Accurate Background, providing the capital strategy and financing approach that led to rapid growth, streamlined operations, and expanded margins for the business. Prior to Accurate Background, Broccardo was CFO at Alchemy, where he led the acquisition, finance and strategic planning functions, helping the company to grow through sound capitalization strategies and become the largest independent film distributor in the country. Broccardo has also held key senior leadership roles encompassing pricing, strategic planning, and SEC reporting at Hines Nurseries, Lantronix and Ziba. He holds an MBA in International Business and Finance from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, and a bachelor degree in Economics from California State University, Fullerton.

Pam DeMond, Senior Vice President of Human Resources
Prior to joining Mavenlink, DeMond was VP of Human Resources at mophie, a global leader and manufacturer of mobile intelligent devices. At mophie, she placed a heavy focus on organizational scaling and transformational HR initiatives to drive and enable high growth for the company. Prior to mophie, DeMond led Corporate Human Resources for the global consumer brand Oakley, where she and her team built the infrastructure to support all corporate business functions for more than 2,500 employees. DeMond has held multiple key leadership roles at other notable global firms, including 13 years leading corporate and field HR teams at Pepsico/Taco Bell, and eight years at Macy's, where she held several roles in operations and human resources.  She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
