MaxHire developed easy-to-use drag and drop functionality that allows users to import resumes directly from a variety of job board and resume sites. The recruiter will simply drag the website URL to MaxHire and the software will do the rest. This feature auto-populates the necessary fields, reformats the resume, and dramatically reduces staffing firms' time-to-fill.
