Maxim Healthcare Services Releases a Revised Code of Conduct

COLUMBIA, Md., Sept. 22, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc., an established provider of home healthcare, medical staffing, and wellness services, recently released a revised Code of Conduct, as part of the enhanced comprehensive Compliance and Ethics Program, which supports the delivery of ethically-based, quality patient care that is consistent with federal and state regulations.

The Code of Conduct (the Code) has been revised to better align with Maxim Healthcare's new mission, vision, and core values and is a commitment to the highest standards of ethics and integrity. The Code is a foundation that every director, officer, employee, subcontractor, agent, and contractor of Maxim Healthcare is responsible for knowing, understanding, and adhering to at all times.

These reforms were initiated with the appointment of Bennett as Chief Executive Officer in 2009 and continued with the appointment of Baratian as Chief Compliance Officer in 2010.
