WESTFIELD, Ind., May 19 /PRNewswire/ -- maxIT Healthcare, LLC (Westfield, IN) and Ingenuity Solutions Group, Inc. (Parker, CO) announced today that they have entered into a definitive agreement, under which the companies will be combined as maxIT Healthcare.  The combined company is now better positioned to extend its presence throughout the healthcare IT professional services market, particularly in the area of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system solutions.

Ingenuity Solutions Group is a leading consulting services firm specializing in Lawson ERP systems.  With its experienced Lawson-certified consultants, Ingenuity Solutions Group has expertise in Lawson Software project management, implementations, upgrades, customizations, integrations and maintenance.  The acquisition adds dedicated resources and a focused approach to the maxIT ERP practice area, and enables maxIT to provide more comprehensive IT solutions to healthcare providers in the areas of financial management, human capital management and materials management.  With over 350 full-time seasoned consultants, maxIT Healthcare also provides expertise in the areas of healthcare information systems (HIS), electronic medical record (EMR) systems, radiology and cardiology practice services, payer software services, and management consulting services.
