NEW YORK, Oct. 7, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Registered dietitian Maya Feller, MS, RD, CDN, launches The Dish, a nutrition membership program offering culturally inclusive, evidence-based guidance for adults managing chronic health conditions. The program launches at two tiers: The Table at $9.99 per month, and The Supper Club at $74.99 per month, as well as yearly options.
The membership is available to English-speaking adults navigating diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, autoimmune conditions, GI conditions or perimenopause. All content is designed to be inclusive of ADHD, dyslexia and anxiety, and draws from World Health Organization guidelines, the EAT-Lancet report and more than 22 years of clinical expertise from the Maya Feller Nutrition team.
"I've been watching non-credentialed providers share nutrition information that is not personalized, culturally humble or accessible," said Feller. "I needed to create a safe space - grounded in evidence, honoring culture - where people could actually learn about nutrition."
The Dish offers two membership tiers:
The Table ($9.99/month)
- A curated library of pre-recorded expert conversations
- An insider newsletter with practical, real-life nutrition insights
- A culturally inclusive resource hub rooted in global food traditions
- Culinary swap sheets for proteins, fats, and carbohydrates
- Recipe inspiration that supports health goals without sacrificing flavor
The Supper Club ($74.99/month)
- The Table, plus:
- Weekly live group nutrition sessions led by a Registered Dietitian
- Weekly guided prompts to turn knowledge into consistent action
- Monthly 1:1 sessions with an RD for personalized strategy and support
- Full access to Nutrition A–Z, a comprehensive education library
- Exclusive insider gifts and partner brand discounts
Both tiers are FSA/HSA eligible or available for out-of-pocket payment. The Dish is also available as a corporate benefit, allowing employers to offer employees on-demand, culturally inclusive nutrition support as part of their wellness package.
"Most nutrition programs give you rules or meal plans," Feller said. "The Dish helps you build a lasting way of eating that fits your culture, your preferences, and your lived experience."
Maya Feller Nutrition plans to expand The Dish with in-person regional events and employer benefit partnerships. The first 50 members will have the opportunity to provide direct feedback that shapes program development.
