Mr. Morganroth joined Michigan State University after receiving his honorable discharge from the U.S. Navy in 1950. He was accepted into law school after 3 years of undergraduate study and earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Detroit College of Law, now known as the College of Law at Michigan State University, in 1954. Subsequently, he has been licensed to practice in the states of Michigan and New York. Mr. Morganroth has been admitted to represent cases before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of Michigan, the Northern District of Ohio, the Eastern District of New York, and the District of Columbia as well as the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Second, Fourth, Sixth and Eighth Circuits, the Supreme Court of the United States, the U.S. Tax Court and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.

For excellence in his career, Mr. Morganroth has been inducted into the International Association of Top Professionals Hall of Fame for his outstanding leadership and commitment to the legal industry. Furthermore, he holds an AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell and has been recognized among North America's Top Attorneys, New York Top Trial Lawyers by the National Trial Lawyers and the Top 100 by the American Academy of Trial Attorneys. Mr. Morganroth has been further honored by the College of Law at Michigan State University with a Distinguished Lawyer Lifetime Achievement Award.

Born in Detroit to Maurice Jack Morganroth and Sophie Reisman Blum, Mr. Morganroth has been happily married to his wife, Sheila Rubinstein, for over 60 years. Together, they are the proud parents of three children, Lauri, Jeffrey and Cherie, and grandparents to five grandchildren. Jeffery and Cherie currently work alongside Mr. Morganroth at his firm.
