Mayors Celebrates 100 Years of Brilliance - Guests and partners of the jeweler gather to celebrate this important milestone

MIAMI, FL, Nov. 19 /PRNewswire/ - Mayors, the leading luxury destination for fine jewelry, timepieces and gifts since 1910, is celebrating 100 years of existence today. Over 200 of the jeweler's clients and partners are joining Mayors' at a Gala tonight to commemorate this important milestone, making it one of the industry's key events of the season.

The celebration will include a proclamation by Miami-Dade County Commissioner Joe A. Martinez highlighting Mayors' leadership and contribution the community over the years, officially marking November 19 as "Mayors Jewelers 100th Anniversary Day".

The event will also include a live performance by recording artist Jon Secada and will offer a wide array of fine jewelry on display for guests' viewing pleasure.

Mayors was founded in Cincinnati in 1910 by Samuel Mayor Getz, who opened the first Mayors store in downtown Miami in 1937.
