Dallas-based fee attorney transitions into agency model to deepen underwriter relationships, enhance closing services for clients
DALLAS, Nov. 19, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, MBL Title launches as an agency office, joining an elite group of full-service Dallas title companies. MBL Title now proudly acts directly as agent for a national group of underwriters, including Chicago Title Insurance Company, Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, and Fidelity National Group.
MBL Title started from humble beginnings. Best friends, Texas Christian University graduates, and fellow IRONMAN competitors Jon Meyers and Matthew Lopez joined together over two years ago to build a title firm that would create a hassle-free closing process for commercial and residential real estate clients. With Matthew's legal acumen and Jon's finance expertise, the two set out to redefine the Dallas title company experience.
MBL Title has now grown to an office of professionals with diverse backgrounds in law, finance, and commercial real estate.
