His track record includes launching and scaling outcome-based "as-a-service" models, leading global managed services teams, and transforming commercial functions at Fortune 500 technology firms.

In this role, Nikols will oversee all revenue-generating functions, including sales, marketing, and customer success initiatives. He will spearhead MCA's comprehensive go-to-market strategy, focusing on building a high-performing, customer-centric commercial organization.
