For over 11 years, Mr. Agay has represented public and private companies, directors, officers, lenders, committees, shareholders, and investors in corporate reorganizations and chapter 11 bankruptcies. He has been actively involved in free-fall and pre-negotiated bankruptcies, numerous cross-border and distressed M & A transactions, out-of-court restructurings, and other reorganization and insolvency proceedings.
