McGlinchey Stafford Elects Emily Stroope as a Member of the Firm
DALLAS, Jan. 5, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- McGlinchey Stafford is pleased to announce the election of Emily Stroope as a Member of the firm. Stroope joined McGlinchey Stafford's Dallas, Texas office as an Associate in 2013.

Stroope represents lenders, mortgage servicers, banks, and other financial institutions in mortgage lending litigation and consumer financial services litigation. She regularly handles real estate title contests and contract disputes.

Stroope received her J.D. in 2009 from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, and received her B.A., cum laude, from Southern Methodist University in 2006, and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. A fifth-generation Texan, Stroope grew up in a small town in East Texas. She is passionate about animal welfare and is an avid supporter of Dallas-area animal shelters and adoption centers.
