The trio joins McGuireWoods from the Raleigh office of Hunton & Williams. Their addition continues McGuireWoods' growth across the country in recent weeks, including new partners in Pittsburgh, New York and San Francisco, where the firm opened its 22nd office worldwide.

Rusher, who joins McGuireWoods' highly regarded public finance practice, brings three decades of experience representing bond issuers, banks and underwriters in financing transactions for counties, cities, local school districts and colleges. She represents clients in tax-exempt and tax-advantaged transactions, traditional government financings, and innovative financing strategies such as new markets tax credits and public-private partnerships. The Best Lawyers in America recognized Rusher as the Raleigh Public Finance "Lawyer of the Year" for 2015.
