MCKINNEY, Texas, Nov. 19, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- McKinney-based Pogue Construction Company, L.P. performing General Contractor, Construction Management and Design/Build services is a leader in the construction of Educational Facilities, Office Buildings, Faith-Based Facilities, Parking Structures, Healthcare, Retail, and Civic Facilities.
Pogue has been awarded numerous new contracts in North Texas since the successful completion of the Allen Eagle Stadium. Most recently Pogue Construction was awarded the contract for the 50,000 SF Prosper Town Hall/Multipurpose Facility. Pogue is also constructing two Fire Stations for the Town of Prosper. In addition to its recent awards in Prosper, Pogue is working on a 14,000 SF Office Expansion and renovation to the Collin Central Appraisal District offices in McKinney as well as expanding Legacy Christian Academy in Frisco, this project consists of an addition to the existing upper school facility.
The company is also overseeing a $75 million multi-campus renovation project in Weatherford, Texas. The project for Weatherford ISD includes $18.8 million for overall facility improvements at all campuses, $49.5 million for a new middle school, a sixth grade addition and other improvements at Tison Middle School, and $6.6 million to improve security by construction of controlled entrances at all campuses.
