McLain Appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at Andersen Corporation

BAYPORT, Minn., Sept. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Andersen Corporation (Andersen), manufacturer of America's most loved brand of windows and doors*, has named Kelly McLain senior vice president and chief legal officer, effective September 2026. McLain will lead Andersen's enterprise legal function and serve as a member of the company's executive committee. She succeeds Andrea Nordaune, senior vice president, chief legal officer and corporate secretary, who will retire following a distinguished career with Andersen.

McLain joined Andersen in 2025 as vice president and general counsel for the Andersen Division, where she quickly established herself as a trusted advisor to business leaders across the organization. In her new role, she will have responsibility for the company's legal strategy and operations, supporting Andersen's long-term growth and business objectives.

Prior to joining Andersen, McLain served as associate general counsel at Cargill, Incorporated. Before transitioning to in-house practice, she was a litigation senior associate at Robins Kaplan LLP, where she focused on high-stakes, complex litigation, and served as a law clerk to Chief Judge Michael Davis of the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota.
