MDwise Renews ZeOmega® Contract and Upgrades to Newest Jiva™ Release

PLANO, Texas, Dec. 14, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- MDwise, the largest not-for-profit health plan in the State of Indiana, has become the latest ZeOmega^® client to extend its contract for the next term. Additionally, the organization will upgrade to Jiva™ 6.1, the newest release of the HIE-enabled end-to-end Jiva platform.

MDwise provides healthcare services and programs to more than 400,000 underserved members through an integrated network of physicians, specialists, and hospitals. It will expand its use of Jiva's comprehensive case and utilization management offerings to efficiently coordinate member care and streamline reporting for National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) and other regulatory purposes. The health plan will also implement Jiva's extensive appeals functionality to automate manual processes and optimize workflow efficiencies enterprise-wide.
