Media Sales Veteran Jonathan Keller Promoted to SVP Sales for Light Reading and Heavy Reading

NEW YORK, Jan. 31, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The market-leading online community for the global communications sector, Light Reading (www.lightreading.com) today announced that media sales veteran Jonathan Keller has been promoted from Senior Director of Global Sales to Senior Vice President of Sales for Light Reading and Heavy Reading. Keller is based in San Francisco and will continue to report to Stephen Saunders, Light Reading's founder and CEO.

In this new position, Keller will be responsible for the profitable growth of both Light Reading and Heavy Reading. He is also responsible for the sales teams behind both media portfolios.

Keller is a veteran sales professional with a distinguished track record in outside sales and sales management and with an award-winning work ethic. He has been with Light Reading for six years and was most recently Senior Director of Global Sales, responsible for managing the online sales team in addition to many of Light Reading's largest clients. Earlier in his career he was the Advertising Manager for the Boulder County Business Report, Album Review Editor for Marquee Magazine, and a traveling folk musician who survived on tips, cold pizza, and Jägermeister.
