MediaMorph Secures Additional $2MM in Funding, Enters Strategic Relationship With United Talent Agency

NEW YORK, Feb. 1, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- To expand its position as leading global provider of cross-platform media tracking and business management services, MediaMorph LLC, announced today that it has raised an additional $2 million from a series of new and existing private investors. This funding round, led by Meyers Associates, LLP, a New York based boutique investment banking and brokerage firm, brings MediaMorph's total capital raised to date to $3.5 million. In addition, the company has entered into a strategic relationship with United Talent Agency, one of the entertainment industry's premier talent and literary agencies, for business development and growth opportunities.
MediaMorph's proprietary suite of turnkey technology solutions addresses the needs of media companies – from film and television to publishing and games – who are facing an increasingly complex landscape of global rights management, distribution, analysis, tracking, reporting, billing, reconciliation and related activities.
