MedicAlert Foundation Honors Cincinnati Police & Fire With Extraordinary Meritorious Service (EMS) Awards
TURLOCK, Calif., Nov. 22, 2010 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- MedicAlert Foundation will honor Police Officer Richard Christoph and Fire Fighter Darrell Bullock today at Cincinnati City Hall with MedicAlert® Extraordinary Meritorious Service Awards. These responders were responsible for caring for MedicAlert member, and Cincinnati resident, Scott Honn in an emergency that left him unable to speak. The responders' recognition and response to Mr. Honn's MedicAlert ID enabled them to instantly access Mr. Honn's full medical history to provide faster and safer treatment.
The MedicAlert National Emergency Responder EMS award program recognizes Fire, EMS, Law Enforcement and Medical professionals who utilize MedicAlert's emergency medical information and identification service to aid MedicAlert members during emergency situations.
