NEW YORK, June 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Medivo, a provider of virtual healthcare services for individuals and organizations, announced today the acquisition of Physicians Wellness Network (PWN) LLC, a leading provider of compliance services for online wellness screening tests.

The acquisition of PWN and its webLab platform, which has connected major laboratories like Quest Diagnostics and LabCorp of America with patients and physicians since 2001, helps accelerate Medivo's mission to be the leading provider of virtual care services.
