(NYSE American: MPU) today announced the formation of AIFLIX LLC ("AIFLIX"), a joint venture established in collaboration with Wardour Studios Inc. ("Wardour Studios"), a leading Hollywood production and digital-effects studio specializing in next-generation content creation, for AI-generated short drama production. Using proprietary AI tools, created by Wardour Studios, the partnership aims to drive the seamless integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into short-form narrative production, co-developing AI-generated short drama series for global audiences.

Under AIFLIX, Wardour Studios will lead end-to-end production and post-production workflows-overseeing editing, VFX, sound design, and other critical creative processes. MPU will draw on its experience and its leading global short drama streaming platform, FlexTV, to collaborate in the production with Wardour Studios, including script development and pacing. The parties will leverage FlexTV's extensive marketing channels and data-driven strategies to establish their global distribution network across North America, Asia, Europe, Latin America, Middle East, and other parts of the world. Parties will jointly manage the project timelines and budget allocations to ensure a well-calibrated balance between creative excellence and commercial viability and efficiency.

By incorporating Wardour Studios' proprietary AI production tools, AIFLIX will reduce reliance on traditional shoot-based resources, significantly boost production speed, and amplify storytelling innovation, while maintaining excellence in production value, creativity and quality. Meanwhile, MPU's established global short drama distribution infrastructure will maximize audience reach and market impact, delivering fresh and immersive viewing experiences to a worldwide audience.
