Megatel Capital Investment Honors Trade Association ADISA With Street Name in New Megatel Homes Subdivision

DALLAS, Oct. 15, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Megatel Capital Investment announced today that its parent company, homebuilder Megatel Homes, has named a street "ADISA Way" in a new subdivision to honor the Alternative & Direct Investment Securities Association, the nation's largest association representing the non-traded alternative and direct investment space.

"ADISA has been instrumental in the growth of our capital markets division over the last several years and we wanted to do something meaningful to show our appreciation," said Zach Ipour, co-founder of Megatel Homes and MCI. 

To recognize the company's partnership with ADISA, Megatel worked closely with local municipalities to name the street. MCI presented ADISA with the plaque at the association's 2018 Annual Conference & Trade Show on October 10. The plaque was presented prior to the conference's keynote address that featured NBA legend Earvin "Magic" Johnson.

Johnson's address was the eighth installment of Megatel's Leadership Series and the fourth it has hosted in conjunction with an ADISA event. The Leadership Series, featuring first-class keynote speakers funded by Zach and Aaron Ipour personally with no funds taken from investor capital, began in 2017. At last year's Annual Conference and Trade Show for ADISA, executive vice president and managing director, Trey Hoppe, hosted former President George W. Bush for his second question and answer session for the series.

Other speakers in the MCI Leadership series have included Kevin O'Leary of Shark Tank, NFL-Hall-of-Famers, Roger Staubach and Terry Bradshaw and former New York City Mayor, Rudy Giuliani. The company plans to continue the series with additional first-class speakers in the future.
