Meijer Now Accepts evermore Cards, Expanding Access to Healthy Food and OTC Products for Medicare Customers

Midwest retailer adds another convenient payment option for eligible shoppers

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., Oct. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Meijer announced today it now accepts evermore over-the-counter (OTC) spend cards, expanding the ways eligible Medicare customers can use qualifying supplemental health plan benefits to purchase covered OTC products and other plan-approved items.

The new direct integration with evermore makes it easier for participating Medicare plan members to shop for approved health and wellness items at Meijer, including eligible OTC products and other items covered under their specific plan benefits.

Customers should refer to their health plan materials or contact their plan provider for details about eligible products, available balances, and benefit timing.
