Merchant e-Solutions wins Stevie Award for new mobile app

REDWOOD CITY, Calif., Sept. 18, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Merchant e-Solutions, a leading provider of online credit card payment processing systems, received top honors in the category of New Product or Service of the Year for Business-To-Business Services in the 2012 Stevie Award competition.

Merchant e-Solutions was recognized for its PayEverywhere Mobile, which combines an integrated merchant account with a mobile device payment application, enabling credit cards to be securely accepted from mobile phones and tablet devices.

The Stevie Awards judges pointed toward both the PayEverywhere Mobile app's ease-of-use and seamless functionality within Merchant e-Solution's payment processing platform as reasons for awarding Merchant e-Solutions their designation.

With the PayEverywhere Mobile app, merchants can take sales orders from anywhere they have a wireless connection and it is compatible with the iPhone®, iPad®, iPod Touch®, Blackberry®, and Android™ smart phones. Credit card information is either swiped via a small plug-in encrypted card reader or can be key-entered. 

Merchants can view their most recent card transaction activity directly from their mobile device thanks to the PayEverywhere Mobile app. Additionally, they can send email receipts, connect to Bluetooth printers and card readers, create customer records and establish recurring billing records—all from the palm of their hands.
