Merrill Chooses Rivet's Crossfire as Custom Disclosure Management Software

DENVER, March 18, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Rivet Software, an industry leader in financial reporting technologies, announced today that Merrill Corporation has chosen Rivet's SaaS-based financial reporting platform, Crossfire, as their disclosure management solution for their current and future clients. This agreement will provide Merrill with a custom version of Crossfire, which will be integrated into their suite of financial disclosure solutions under the name Merrill Bridge™. It also allows Rivet to increase the number of Crossfire users in the financial reporting industry through Merrill's extensive customer base. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
