CHICAGO, Oct. 26, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Mesirow, an independent, employee-owned financial services firm, today announced the successful completion of its acquisition of the plan-level 3(38) business of flexPATH Strategies, LLC ("flexPATH"), a provider of outsourced fiduciary and custom portfolio construction solutions serving the retirement plan marketplace.

The completed transaction further expands Mesirow Fiduciary Solutions' capabilities and strengthens its position as a leading provider of outsourced fiduciary services. The acquisition broadens the platform's custom portfolio construction offering and deepens its ability to deliver innovative 3(38) fiduciary solutions to financial advisors, plan sponsors, recordkeepers and institutional partners.
