Messner Reeves LLP Opens LA and NYC Offices

DENVER, July 23, 2013 /PRNewswire/-- Denver based Messner Reeves LLP announced the opening of offices in Los Angeles and New York City. This is the latest step in the law firm's ongoing commitment to serving clients with a tremendous wealth of knowledge and boutique style service.

The new office locations are significant in that they will give Messner Reeves the geographic reach to cover all time zones and utilize attorneys that are licensed in multiple jurisdictions.  This national presence and the additional resources will allow the firm to provide the most comprehensive service to a wide range of clients including, individual entrepreneurs, privately held business, publicly traded companies, banks, manufacturers, insurance companies and energy firms.

The Messner Reeves New York office will be lead by attorneys JC Mazzola and Abigail Nitka, while the Los Angeles office will be represented by veteran Messner attorneys.  Attorneys in LA and NYC will draw from a breadth of firm-wide knowledge to focus on all areas of real estate, litigation, labor & employment, corporate transactions and restaurant & hospitality law. 

The LA and NYC locations are the firm's first expansions outside of Denver.  The firm collectively employs more than 40 attorneys.
