A member of the firms Litigation Practice group in Las Vegas, NV Renee M. Finch represents insurance companies and specializes in sudden stops, staged commercial accidents and examinations under oath. Ms. Finch's career began as a manager overseeing claims professionals at a major insurance company. Ms. Finch's practice is devoted largely to defending corporations, insurers and their insureds, in high-exposure cases in which claimed medical expenses and other alleged damages total in the millions.  To date, she has tried 15 such cases to verdict, obtaining in each of them either complete defense verdicts or verdicts lower than the plaintiffs' lowest settlement demand.  Her practice also includes prosecuting civil actions involving insurance fraud and conspiracy among litigants and care providers. Ms. Finch also specializes in representing new and small business owners in structuring their businesses and ensuring compliance with local and state laws and risk management standards.

A litigator with over 20 years of experience, Heather A. Salg heads Messner Reeves' Denver Tech Center, CO Office and primarily defends insurance companies and their insureds, as well as large self-insurers in Federal Court and District Courts throughout Colorado. Ms. Salg has tried over 50 trials and arbitrations to verdict. In 2013, Ms. Salg was invited to be a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), an invitation-only organization consisting of lawyers who have tried a minimum of 20 civil jury trials to conclusion.
