SOLON, Ohio, June 30, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- MFS Supply, a national distributor of HVAC, appliances, cabinets, accessories, and property preservation materials headquartered in Solon, Ohio, is proud to name Brandon Guzman, former VP of Sales and Marketing, as President.
A Northeast Ohio native, Brandon grew up in South Euclid and graduated from Ohio University and received his MBA from Baldwin Wallace. Brandon began at MFS Supply in 2007 as a sales representative, and quickly escalated through the ranks as the company continued to grow substantially. Over the past decade, Brandon has carved out a robust sales team, built out the multifamily department as a brand-new customer segment, and increased sales growth year-over-year earning MFS Supply six consecutive Weatherhead 100 nominations.
His leadership style focuses around constant improvement to processes and procedures, cultivating an environment of support and encouragement for employees, and an obsession with our customers and their purchasing experience. A believer in leading by example, Brandon sets the bar high – he takes customer calls, keeps his door open to meet with any and all employees, and will even lend a helping hand in the warehouse to package orders.
As President, Brandon will continue to focus on new avenues of growth, including new products, new markets, expanding our eCommerce platform, and building a larger local presence. His five-year plan revolves around fueling the trajectory of growth and doubling the size of the company by 2022.
