Company ranks No. 18 on list comprised of hotel companies, airlines, travel sites and quick service restaurants
LAS VEGAS, June 22, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- MGM Resorts International (NYSE: MGM) has been named one of America's most reputable companies in the hospitality and travel industry, according to findings of research by Reputation Institute, a leading global source on corporate reputation.
MGM Resorts ranks No. 18 on Reputation Institute's inaugural top 50 list which rates U.S. hotel companies, airlines, travel sites and quick service restaurants. Other companies on the list include: Chipotle, Marriot International, Panera Bread and Starbucks.

The list of America's top 50 most reputable companies in hospitality and travel is derived from data collected for the 2015 US RepTrak® 100 study, an annual survey that examines perceptions of companies by the U.S. general public and is based on more than 50,000 interviews.
The RepTrak® database is normative, examining 15 stakeholder groups spanning more than 25 industries, 50 countries and 7,000 corporations. Companies are evaluated according to seven key drivers of reputation, including: Products/Services, Innovation, Workplace, Governance, Citizenship, Leadership and Performance.
