BOSTON, Sept. 25, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- On September 17, 2018, after a four-week trial, a Portland, OR jury delivered a defense verdict in favor of Chanel in a living pleural mesothelioma lawsuit involving a spontaneous etiology defense. The jury unanimously found that there was no defect in the Chanel cosmetic talc product allegedly used by the plaintiff between the years of 1970-1986.
