Miami-based Emerson Capital Concludes Initial Fundraise, Launches Search

MIAMI, Oct. 30, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Emerson Capital Partners, LLC ("ECP"), a Miami based private investment partnership focused on the acquisition of a single lower middle market company, today announced successful closing of its initial fundraising round.  Commitments to the fund came from a number of institutional investors, family offices, and industry executives.  Simultaneously, the firm launched its search for potential acquisition candidates based in U.S. and Canada, with annual revenues and operating cash flows of $5 – 50 million and $1.5 – 5 million, respectively.

ECP is led by Kasra Hedayatnia who brings over 17 years of private equity and M&A experience to the firm.  Prior to founding ECP, he led business development efforts as Director for H.I.G. Capital.
