Miami Health-Style Brand Partners With US Largest Plant-Based Food & Wine Festival for 5K Run
MIAMI, Aug. 29, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Live Ultimate, a Miami Beach health and wellness brand, is proud to announce its partnership with the Seed Food & Wine Festival, the largest plant-based festival in the US, for the 2017 Live Ultimate Seed Food & Wine 5K Run, taking place on Saturday November 4th in Miami, Florida. The event will feature the best in health and wellness and be 100% green and sustainable.
The Live Ultimate Run series, which started in 1997 as the Ocean Drive Run and is known for putting on first class running events in Miami, Los Angeles and San Francisco, is considered by many to be one of the best local 5K's of the year. After partnering in 2014 and 2015 with global tennis superstar Serena Williams, the run is back in 2017 for its 15th edition.

From their wildly popular fitted race shirts to their star-studded field of local elites and celebrity runners, the Live Ultimate Seed Food & Wine 5K Run promises to attract a huge crowd of fitness lovers and plant-powered participants. The event benefits Health In The Hood, a local South Florida non-profit whose mission is to provide health and wellness opportunities in under-served communities.
The 5 km (3.1 mile) course takes runners through the heart of the vibrant and eclectic streets of the Wynwood Arts District. Participants will receive a premium event t-shirt, green race swag bag, race bib with chip timing, post-race food, drinks and yoga class and guided meditation after the run. The Seed Tasting Village will open to ticket holders at 11am.
